The Craft and Wellbeing session is designed around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. These principles encourage participants to Connect with others, Be Active through creative and physical activities, Take Notice of their surroundings, and Keep Learning by trying new crafts. Finally, we encourage participants to Give, whether by sharing their creations or engaging in acts of kindness through their work.
Our football training sessions are designed to improve skills, fitness, and teamwork while promoting mental and physical wellbeing. These sessions encourage participants to Connect with teammates and build strong relationships both on and off the pitch. By staying active through regular practice and fitness drills, players can Be Active and improve their overall physical health. The training also helps players Take Notice of their progress, focusing on both individual growth and team success, while offering opportunities to Keep Learning through new football techniques and strategies. Lastly, we encourage participants to Give by supporting their teammates and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Each of our I Can... sessions is designed to teach or develop a new skill, ranging from creative pursuits like poetry to practical life skills and even learning a new language. We believe that by offering a variety of activities, young people can discover new interests and talents they may not have explored before. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where every participant feels empowered and confident in their ability to "Can" do something new. Whether it's expressing themselves through poetry, gaining essential life skills, or broadening their horizons with a new language, we aim to inspire growth and self-belief in every young person who joins us.
