Supporting your Students...

Skills for life, one session at a time...

Our school‑based sessions are free resource for young people in year 6 - year 11 delivered by qualified youth workers. The sessions have been designed to support the Health and Well‑Being Area of Learning and Experience within the Welsh Curriculum, offering young people meaningful opportunities to develop confidence, resilience and positive decision‑making.

Each programme focuses on key areas for development such as emotional literacy, healthy relationships, personal safety, identity, and mental well‑being, ensuring that learners gain the knowledge, experiences and skills they need to navigate adolescence safely and positively.

Through interactive activities, discussion and scenario‑based learning, pupils explore topics including self‑esteem, managing emotions, understanding boundaries, recognising healthy and unhealthy behaviours, and building supportive peer connections.
